A modular ICU or NICU fit-out brings together the infrastructure a critical-care bed needs — medical gas outlets, power, bed head panels or pendants, curtain tracks, lighting and cleanable wall and ceiling finishes — in a coordinated layout. Unicare plans and installs this infrastructure for new ICUs, NICUs and upgrades. Medical equipment such as ventilators and monitors is outside this scope unless agreed.
